Soft travel bag
1Prepare your clubs
- Remove your club heads from the shafts (if possible) and mark their settings.
- Wrap your clubs in bubble wrap and tape them together using blue painter's tape.
- For additional protection, add a stiff arm to the bag by extending and locking it in place.
- Carefully place your golf bag in the soft travel case. Zip it closed.
2Print & attach shipping label to soft travel bag
- Attach the barcoded label to a shipping luggage tag. Never tape the shipping label to the canvas area.
- Run a zip tie through the luggage tag and the top handle of the bag.
- Close the zip tie and double-check the connection.
Hard case
1Prepare your clubs
- Remove your club heads from the shafts (if possible) and mark their settings.
- Wrap your clubs in bubble wrap and tape them together using blue painter's tape.
- For additional protection, add a stiff arm to the bag by extending and locking it in place.
- Carefully place your golf bag in the hard travel case. Close the latches.
2Print & attach shipping label to hard travel case
- Attach the barcoded label to a shipping luggage tag. Labels can also be taped to hard cases.
- Run a zip tie through the luggage tag and the top handle of the case.
- Close the zip tie and double-check the connection.
Box
1Prepare your clubs
- Remove your club heads from the shafts (if possible) and mark their settings.
- Wrap your clubs in bubble wrap and tape them together using blue painter's tape.
- For additional protection, add a stiff arm to the bag by extending and locking it in place.
- Carefully place your golf bag in the box. Tape the flaps shut.
2Print & attach shipping label to a box
- Place shipping label on the upper side of the box.
- Affix your shipping label by taping all four corners of the label to the box.
- Slide hands over the tape to secure it.
Dos
- Place an extra copy of the shipping label in your golf bag or box.
- Make sure printed shipping labels are visible.
- Double-check that all zipper compartments are closed or box flaps shut.
Don'ts
- Do not over pack your golf bag or travel case.
- Do not tape the shipping label directly to a canvas bag.
- Do not place shipping label over closed flaps of a box.
